Our mission has always been to maximize our customers’ success, and recently our customers have expressed their concerns related to how royalties impact Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
According to The National Law Journal (3/14/05), many companies will soon need to include on “their upcoming annual reports on Form 10-K … an internal control report that states the responsibility of management for establishing and maintaining an adequate internal audit control structure and procedures for financial reporting…”
