You Are in Control
During the setup of Royalty Tracker, we will be working closely with you to get you up and running as expeditiously as possible. We will train you, walk you through the steps, and hold your hand as you learn yourself.
Once you are all set up, we will always be here to answer your questions and help you in any way. That said, our goal is to have you as independent as possible, as quickly as possible, giving you the confidence to quickly and easily get what you need from Royalty Tracker.
Productive Training
We teach you how to use Royalty Tracker by doing your work with you. As much as possible, we train you to enter contracts by entering real contracts. We train you to import sales data by importing real sales data. The same for every aspect of The Royalty Management Lifecycle.
By doing this, you learn the system as you will be using it, not in some generic way that you requires you to figure out what applies. At the same time, you get work done as you train! We call this Productive Training, and it is a key component of the MetaGoLive® process.
Easy to Use
An important part of our customers’ success has been our tools’ user friendliness. We are widely known as having the simplest, most easy-to-use interfaces. This translates into your independence and freedom. When you log in to Royalty Tracker or AuthorPortal.com, it is pretty clear what you need to do. And if you forget (which is easy to do if you only rarely pay royalties), the tools’ intuitiveness helps guide you along. Of course, if you ever need or want it, we are always here and eager to help.
Support: You Mean Everything to Us
Royalties are complex, and while Royalty Tracker simplifies everything, when there is an issue, it can be complicated to understand. You need to real experts helping you. You also need prompt attention. That’s where MetaComet’s renowned customer service comes in.

Reports and Business Intelligence
Finally, we help you be independent by providing you the information you need when you need it. Our extensive array of reports helps you see into virtually any aspect of royalties – from contracts to financials.
If you need a report that does not exist, we are happy to build it for you.
If you like to make your own reports, or would like to integrate royalty and rights data into your broader reporting, then use our Business Intelligence Suite. We provide a set of relational tables that can be used by virtually any reporting or business intelligence tool.
